About Hi, welcome to my site and thank you for visiting. My name is Zionela Belgrave, I was born in Venezuela and have lived in Toscana, province of Florence, for over 35 years. Painting has always been part of my life, but it is only since 2014 that it has become my main activity. On my painting In general, I try to represent the interactions between man, nature, animals, spaces, distances, things and firmament. Usually they are paintings of imagined subjects but with elements taken from reality. I can paint life portraits at the comfort of your own home or in my studio. If you prefer, I can also paint from photographs and I also paint all subjects requested. I live in the countryside of Vicchio and, if you want to come and see my works, I invite you to contact me to arrange an appointment. Telephone-whatssap: 3774236980 info@zionelabelgrave.com Studies I studied, in Caracas, drawing and painting in particular, portrait and human figure at the Academia Internacional del Arte (AIA) with Heinz Dollacker; charcoal drawing and pencil at Instituto Sagreras; pictorial restoration and conservation of works of art at Simon Rodriguez University, where I also learned different painting techniques. Later, I came to Italy to attend a specialization course in pictorial and conservative restoration at the UIA (International University of Art) in Fiesole. In laboratory studies, among others, I had Heinz Dollacker as my teacher (portrait and painting), Mieteck Detynieki (drawing and painting), Ana Detynieki (restoration), Ornella Casazza (restoration), Giuliano Paladini (landscapes and still life) and Amir Rubin (painting at the first). About Ciao, benvenuti al mio sito e grazie per la visita. Mi chiamo Zionela Belgrave, sono nata in Venezuela e risiedo in Italia da 35 anni, in Toscana, nella provincia di Firenze. Ho sempre dipinto, ma ho cominciato a farlo come attività principale nel 2014. Sulla mia pittura In generale, trato di rappresentare le interazioni tra uomo, natura, animali, spazi, distanze, cose e firmamento. Solitamente si tratta di dipinti di soggetti immaginati ma con elementi tratti dalla realtà. Eseguo anche ritratti, dal vivo -a domicilio o presso il mio studio- o, se si vuole, anche da foto e posso dipingere qualsiasi soggetto richiesto. In seguito, sono venuta in Italia per seguire un corso di specializzazione in restauro pittorico e conservativo presso la UIA (Università Internazionale dell’Arte) a Fiesole. Negli studi di laboratorio, fra altri, ho avuto come maestri Heinz Dollacker (ritratto e pittura) Mieteck Detynieki (disegno e pittura), Ana Detynieki (restauro), Ornella Casazza (restauro), Giuliano Paladini (paesaggi e still life) e Amir Rubin (pittura alla prima).
